Rads calmed me  down and we took him to my hospital. 
I  yelled " DOCTOR! EMERGENCY PLEASE"

A nurse came running and said " Ma'am, wait here .. i will get the doctor."

Aisha: I am not fucking waiting.. my love is unconcious . 

I screamed.
Soon, the doctor came and said" Ma'am, follow the decorum .You are in a hospital."

I look at him and said" Save him or say bye to ur fucking job." in my cold voice

He  looked scared and took Karthik in the ICU .

Soon, Mr.Smith called me .
Aisha: Uncle, i failed to save him. Please come here .... i need u ..u were his surgeon . please.
I said .
Mr.Smith: Dont worry , aisha I am on my way.Aarav already informed me.

I nodded as our family also came.

I hugged my father and broke down "Dad , ur daughter failed . She failed to protect the man who she loved . I failed , dad ...I fucking failed. Kyu?..kyu? Hr baar bhagwan mujhse usse kyu cheen lete h.... Main unse  sirf usse manga... aapni hr duaon me sirf uska zikar kiya....fir unhone usse mujhse cheen liya.... Main nhi jee paungi uske bin... " 
( Dad , ur daughter failed . She failed to protect the man who she loved . I failed , dad ...I fucking failed.why? why? ..everytime god took him away from me.... i just ask for him in all my prayers then why they took him from me ....i wont be able to live without him)

I got up and look at sandhya maa and knelt and said" aapki sunte h naa voh ... please unko bolo naa apki beti ko itna na pareshan kre... usse uska karthik de de ..."
( god listens to u ....please ask him to not test ur daughter soo much...and give her karthik back to  ur daughter)

I look at Mrs.Roy and said" Karthik aapki sunta h naa... usko bolo ki aese na tang kre mujhe. ... i know i shouldnt have hide such a big thing from him... but uski itni badi saaza toh nhi milti na"
( Karthik always listens to u ....Ask him not to trouble me like this ...  i know i shouldnt have hide such a big thing from him...but i shouldnt be punished like this)

I look at Mr.roy and said"I failed to keep my promise ...Aapko vada kiya tha ki aapke bete ki kavach bankr usse hr buri cheez se bachaungi .. but use main apni buri kismat se hi nhi bacha pai.."
( i  failed to keep my promise... i promised u that i will act as a shield for ur son and protect from every evils....but i couldnt save him from my bad luck)

I broke down and cried.
Soon, I felt a hand on my shoulder and look at Abhimanyu bhai.
I hugged him .

Abhimanyu: Tu sherni h humari ... Aese ro mat. Tujhe toh balki un logo ko rulana chahiye jinhone tujhse tera karthik cheenne ki koshish ki.. Chal uth meri sherni ..Aur khud sambhal ... Karthik ki aisha  itni jaldi nhi tut sakti.

( U are our tigress.. dont cry like this...instead u should make those people cry who put ur karthik in this situation...now get up my tigress..and handle urself...Karthik's aisha cant give up so easily.)

I nodded and wiped my tears . 
Ekansh bhai came towards me and said" You are a queen.. remember that always.. and queen never let her guards down ... she fights till the end."

I nodded and i saw the doctor and ran to him and asked about karthik.

Doctor: He is in critical situation.Even if we managed to save him , chances of him going to coma is high... we dont know anything...u need to wait for some more time.

I nodded and said" Please save him... he is all i have ... doctors are said to be like god ...so please save him."

He smiled and went inside the room.
I called aarav and said " I am coming... keep them ready .."

I look at radhika and said " I will be back in sometime... take care of ur brother"

She nodded and i left.

I entered the cell where i had asked aarav to keep the romanos and karthik's step mother - Jeevika 

I went to Jeevika and said" What happened ?....thinking how did this all happened right under ur nose"

I smiled and said" U are my first prey ...u know why .. cause karthik told me how u used to torture him"

I uncuffed her and gave her a gun and said " u shoot  urself and give urself an easy death ... cause if i gave u a death...u will  beg for mercy.."

She looked at me and pointed the gun at me and pulled the trigger 

I said "BOOM"

the gun was empty .. she looked scared and i smirked and said"Run darling...run for ur life"

She began to run around the room to escape while i walked behind her whistling. I grabbed a knife and threw it at her leg ...she stumbled... she still continued to run ...i threw another at her back causing her to fall down...i went towards her and bend down to her level.

Aisha: tsk..tsk... u failed to save urself... 

i slapped her hard and signalled my men to tied her.

They tied across the the big wooden dart..

Aisha: Its been long u guys practiced ur knife skills...go ahead and practice

I ordered them and they began to throw knifes at her. The room was filled with her screams.

I look at antonio and moved towards him and said" U tried to harm my man,right? now let me show what happens when u hurt queens's precious possession."
I went and traced his thigh with a plier .. i said"antonio romano .. a manwhore... u wanted  to fuck me ..thats why u plan to hurt my man , right darling?"

He shuddered and nodded ....I smirked and chopped his dick and said"  words, darling"

He sscreamed and said yes.

I signalled my men and they they threw pepper on his chopped dick and said" meet u in hell" and emptied my gun into him.
I then moved to Alfredo.

Aisha: sign this
I ordered him and threw some papers towards him .

Alfredo:I am not transferring my mafia to a little girl.

He growled.

I smirked and shoot him on his leg and said" U are at the mercy of a little girl , darling...I heard u have an important shipment at ur warehouse near genoa. what if that warehouse burns due to a short circuit?"

His eyes widened and he said"nooo ...dont"

I brought my ipad and showed him his warehouse burning with his shipment worth $100000 million. I laughed seeing his scared face.
I  growled " U hurt my man.... I  hurt ur precious shipment... I am called QUEEN OF DEATH and its said to never mess with a queen else she make sure u see hell."

I forcefully made him transfer his mafia to me and said" U dont have anything now ... what u want i will give u that?"

He look at u and said" Uncuff me and fight with me"

I uncuffed him and said" Come on "

He threw a punch at me .. I dodged it and threw a punch near his ribs and kick at his groin and elbowed his nose when he bend. He fell down and i said" What a weak ex italian capo"

I said applying emphasis on ex  and then emptied my personal gun at his chest ...the bullets are poisonous..

I smirked and left.

After leaving my warehouse , i went home and changed into a clean white anarkali suit.My karthik love seeing me in white .

I went to hospital and asked dad about him.
Dad: He is  out of danger but he is unconcious ...we dont know when he wake up.

I nodded and said"Can i meet him? "

The all nodded and entered his room.
I saw my love lying lifelessly. There were soo many tubes connecting his body. He looked so unlike my karthik. Seeing him like a tear dropped out from my eyes and i didnt bother to wipe it.
I went towards him and knelt while holding his hand and said"Karthikkk...i am sorry ..I failed to protect you...I am sorry for hiding the truth, karthik..But dont punish me like this ...I cant...I cant see you like this ....Please wake up... (I began to cry) ...Please uthjaoo..dekho naa tumhari aisha ro rhi h ...please wake up meri  jaan....I love you.."
(Karthik...i am sorry ..I failed to protect you...I am sorry for hiding the truth, karthik..But dont punish me like this ...I cant...I cant see you like this ....Please wake up... (I began to cry) ...Please wake up ...see your aisha is crying...please wake up my lifeline... i love you..)

When i saw no reaction from him..I wiped my tears and went outside. I turned to everyone and said" Karthik .. mahadev ka bohot bada bhakt h naaa... aaj uski aisha  uske mahadev se apne karthik ko lekr aayegi.... Aisha aur karthik ko koi dur nhi kr sakta ... karthik ke mahadev bhi nhi .."

( Karthik is believer of god shiv.... so today his aisha will get her karthik back from his mahadev...no one can take   karthik away from aisha...not even his mahadev)

I walked out of the hospital.I went to "GAURI SHANKAR "TEMPLE.

I entered the temple and knelt infront the  idols.
I joined my hands and whispered" Karthik ke mahadev ho naa aap...aaj karthik ki jagah uski aisha aayi h... usse mujhe vaapas dedo..nhi jee sakti uske bina.... mujhe mera karthik dedo..."

A priest came and patted my head and said" beta.. mahadev aese nhi denge usko...Mahamrityunjay Puja h ...usse sab theek hojate..."

I look at him and said" Kab aur kaha h yeh pooja, panditji?"

He said " Agle 10 minute me  ..chal mere saath"

I went with him and he led to the side of the temple where the set up for pooja was done.
Soon, the pooja started ...I began to chant the mantras..

After  4 hrs of the pooja, I distributed the prasad and volunteered for the langar .in the nearby gurudwara .

It was night now. I went to my pent house and  changed my clothes and went to hospital.

I saw abhimanyu bhai .

Abhimanyu: kaha thi?

Aisha: Pooja kr rhi thi ..fir langar krva rhi thi... Aap jaa sakte h ...Main yaha karthik ke saath rhungi.. Raat ko karthik ke saath rahungi aur subah uske mahadev usse maangungi.."

He looked at me and asked" kuch khaya?"

I shook my head and said" Usne bhie toh nhi khaya na... main bhie nhi khaungi... Hr baar voh hi mujhe khilata h naa.. Agar usko meri fikar h toh khud uthkr apni  sweetheart ko khilayega.."

Abhimanyu:Bohot ziddi ho dono 

I smiled and he left and went inside the room .

I held his hand and tell him about my day and then began to sing" SAMJHAWAN"

After ending the song, I saw his paled body.

I cried and i dont know when i slept holding his hand.

> AFTER 2 DAYS<

I was in the temple .

Soon, Surya ( the priest's 3 yr old  grandson) came and said" Aisha di, apka phone aa rha h"

I ruffled his hand and said "Okay , babyboy"

He giggled and gave me my phone and saw its radhika.

RADHIKA: aisha, bhaii..bhaii woke up

I stiffened .. tears flowed freely ..Those three words were the most precious words.

I knelt and hang up and thanked mahadev for giving me my karthik back.

I didnt care to wear my slippers and I only wanted to see my karthik.I ran to the hospital barefoot not caring how the stones on the road pricks my leg.

I reached the hospital and I opened his door.

I saw him with his mother.. She was feeding him.He looked towards the door to see who opened the door.

we both held the eye contact. The eyes which i fell in love with.... my favourite pair of eyes.

But the next words he spoke shattered my whole world .

Karthikeya: Who is she, maa?

I closed the door and ran to the temple room of the hospital and knelt in front of the god and cried " Kyuu?.... Voh mujhe kese bhul gya... karthik apni aisha ko kese bhul sakta h.... aap jeet gye...hr baar ki tarah... aap yeh hi toh chahte ho..mujhe dukhi dekhna...isliye bachpan me naa baap ka pyaar mila na bhai ka mila....fir jab main uss narak se bhagi toh apne mujhe sharma family...bohot khush thi..fir aapne meri zindagi unhe vaapas bhejdiya aur mujhe firse narak bhejdiya....  tabhie mujhe mujhe karthik aur mere dad ne bachaa liya... fir main firse khushi se jeena sikhne lagi..tabhie aapne mujhse mera karthik cheen liya..itni buri hu kya main?.... meri khushi bardasht nhi aapko.... ek hi toh insaan chahiye ..sirf karthik de do..aur kuch nhi chahiye...please mera karthik vapas krdo..Nhi jee sakti aese main ..uske bin...ya usse vapas krdo ya meri zindagi khatam krdo...main kuch nhi hu uske bina.."

I cried and begged .

i felt a hand on my shoulder and look at Saanvi.

I hugged her and said"Please karthik ko bolo naa.. usse bolo naa aese naa tang kre mujhe"

She hugged me and said" Aishaa..aese nhi rote ..kya haal banaliya h tune aapna..Aur agar voh apni aisha ko bhulgya h toh ..tu usse uski aisha yaad dila.."

I look at her and she wiped my tears and i nodded and said" Main humare ishq ka imtihaan pura krungi aur aapne karthik ko aapne paas vapas rhungi...its always gonna be him and i in the end."

I stood up and plan my new mission - MISSION"WIN HIS HEART BACK"
