KARTHIK'S POV

I heard some murmuring and felt someone shaking beside me badly. i woke up and saw my jaan murmuring in her sleep while shaking badly . Her forehead was covered with sweat.

AISHA : please dad ... it hurts ... pleasee ... it hurtss.... please i will never disobey u ever again dad..

i heard her murmur . I then realized she was having nightmares.

i shook her in order to wake her up 

but it was of no use. It was breaking my heart into million pieces to see my love like this.

I picked her up and settled her on my lap and hugged her  .

KARTHIK: shh baachhaa... Ur karthik is here. no one can hurt my jaan.. please wake up baby.

sweetheart , ur karthik wont let  someone hurt his  baby again..

I kissed her forehead.

her cries increased.

KARTHIK: please mera baachhaa.. wake up. See ur karthik is here. there is no one to hurt u now. ur karthik will protect u ... baachhaa stop please.. its breaking my heart to see my love sufferr. please wake up baachhaa..... Jaan kyu itna pareshan kr rhe ho apni itni khubsoorat aankhen  ko.. Baachhaa wake up .

i continued to whisper sweet words.

Soon, i felt her breathing get back to normal.

After some time , she opened her eyes and i sighed in relief.

KARTHIK:  finally , jaan. U scared me, baby.

AISHA: I am sorry karthik.

I pulled her closer to me and asked "why , jaan"

AISHA: I disturbed ur sleep .

KARTHIK: Apology rejected.

she furrowed her eyebrows and look at me and said" why?"

KARTHIK: because mera baachhaa, u  didnt disturbed me at all. but yeah u did scared me .

Why didnt u ever told me about the nightmares?

AISHA-ididntwantedtobeaburden.

she said fastly  that i couldnt understand anything.

KARTHIK: repeat baby and this time  a bit slower.

AISHA: i - i didnt wanted to be  a burden

she said and i held her face in my palms and said"U are not a burden , jaan. Never ever say that. I love u , mera baachhaa. U can tell me anything without any hesitation. If i caught u saying this thing again , then i will punish u  , my love. understood?"

she nodded .

 i then wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.

she stayed quiet for sometime and then asked" Karthik?"

KARTHIK- bolo karthik ki jaan

She blushed and asked" why did naman hate me soo muchh? when we were young, i remember he would try to save me from mr .gupta  but he couldnt as dad would beat him too. but he would take care of my wounds after the beating. but i dont know what happened now , why he began to hate me ? he used to love me alot when i was young ."

KARTHIK: darling, that i also dont know . well it might be that mr .gupta brainwashed him.

AISHA:i want to know. can i meet him? do u know where is he?

i went to police station to meet him sneaking from dad but the police said he is not there"

I thought" because he is in my personal hell, darling. he and his father tried to hurt what's mine . and i wont leave them soo easily."

KARTHIK: I dont know jaan.

she hummed .

KARTHIK: now sleep baachhaa.

AISHA: u sleep , karthik. i have trouble going back to sleep after these nightmares.
KARTHIK: baby u will also sleep today. i will make u sleep . 

she furrowed her eyebrows and asked" but kese?"

i laid down with her in my arms while she put her head on my chest. i run my fingers in her hairs. 

I  then pecked crown of her head and whispered"now sleep jaan, no one can hurt u "

she laid down and after 30 minutes, she fell asleep.

KARTHIK:" main apni jaan ke hr ek aansun ka badla lunga mr gupta.u did a huge sin by hurting KARTHIKEYA ROY'S most precious diamond.

i thought and made a whole plan to torture those little creatures in my warehouse who were dying of hunger since a week.

It was 8'o clock in the morning when i felt aisha moving.

I bend and whispered in her ears " Good morning, mia rosa"

She smiled and whispered "good morning, karthik"

i sat up on the bed with her on my lap.

KARTHIK: now , when u have ur first class  , baby?

AISHA: at 10 

i nodded and said" okay i will drop u to ur home at 9 , u then get ready for ur college and i will leave for my work"

AISHA: noo

i raised my eyebrow asking why

she continued" u can drop to college directly . i can wear ur clothes today to college ."

KARTHIK: so ma'am wants to steal my clothes?

She nodded

KARTHIK: okay baby, do as u wish . yeh karthikeya roy bhie tumhara h aur uski hr cheez pr sirf aisha sharma ka haq h.

( okay baby, do as u wish . This karthikeya roy is also urs and  only aisha sharma have right over all his belongings .)

she blushed.

I kissed her right cheek and said " now get ready , love and then we have breakfast and then we both leave for our work., okay ?"

AISHA: okay

i got ready in my formal suit . i was waiting for my love. when the door to closet open and she came out wearing my grey sweatpants and one of my sweatshirts.

she was looking soo cute in my clothes.

She came towards me and flapped her hands which were hidden in the sleeves as the sweatshirt was too big for her.

I chuckled and folded the sleeves i then hugged her and said" u look so cute , darling. U look just mine."

She blushed and whispered" lets go for breakfast"

i smiled seeing her blush and we moved to the dining area.

we had our breakfast and then i dropped her to her college  while i myself went to  the warehouse.
