EKANSH'POV

It had been a month.
Thirty days of  her silence echoing  louder than any arguments.

Saanvi hadn't spoken much since that night. 
That's what I wanted , right?
But now her quiet submission is feeling like a dagger to my heart.

I am in a desperate need of her laugh , her voice, her smiles.

I missed her.

I began to reach home to just hear her voice but it was just her silence.
She wont question  me for coming earlier  or even talked to anyone.

And i hated it .
I wanted to ruined her and I did it .
But , I hated it now
I want  my sunshine Ava.
I want my vita.

Thats why , I have come up with a plan.
I am going to take her out to mall and spend my whole day with her .
But she suspect it , so , now there is a little change ~ Ishaan and Aadhya will be joining us as well.

Currently, I am in a meeting but my mind is on her.
After this evening , I will go  to house .

Yes , a house .. Cause Ishaan was right ....Without her , ghar ghar nhi banta .

As the meeting concluded, I stood up and left for house.

After 30 minutes drive, 
I entered house - I  heard Ishaan's chatter and Aadhya's laughter... but no sign of her .

I look around the living room and there was no sign of her .

Aadhya : Bhai, Bhabhimaa... Kitchen me h...she is making tea for elders.

I nodded and went to the kitchen.

I froze.

Saanvi stood near  the stove, the vessel of tea bubbling dangerously close to spilling over.
She wasn't watching....Her eyes conveyed her being distant , lost somewhere far away.

The milk foamed, rising. Her hand holding the pan tilted slightly, slipping, seconds away from burning her.

" Vita!!" I screamed .

I was across the room in a heartbeat. My hand shot out, steadying hers, pulling the vessel away just as it nearly toppled. 
The vessel fell down . 3-4 hot droplets touched my wrist .
But I didnt care about it.
All i care about was her.

She didnt even flinched.
I picked her up bridal style and took her to our room , ignoring everyone.

I made her sit down at the couch and i knelt down beside her legs and held her hands .

Ekansh : Ava 
I called her softly.

She look at me with her empty eyes.

Ekansh: You weren't paying attention.....You- you could have got hurt ....Fuck it...you could have burned yourself , vita.

All i got as a reply was her quiet nod.

Thats shattered me.

The same girl who once lit up the  room with her presence .....now looked like a shadow trying not to exist.

 All because of me.

I stepped back and said " Ava, come downstairs ...I am making tea for everyone ....and your favourite iced lemon tea alsoo....."

She looked at me with surprised but didnt say anything and just nodded.

I went to the kitchen .
I promised myself to bring her smile back....I cant let her go like this.

After 10 minutes,
I walked out of the kitchen with tea for everyone and iced lemon tea for my vita.

As  i sat down beside  Ava and her group ,

Ekansh : Ishaan , Aadhya, Ava and I are going for a an outing tomorrow.
                   I will be taking a leave from the office tomorrow.

Ishaan( dramatically): Bhai , are you okay?....You are going to take a leave from office.

Aadhya squealed.
But i longed for her reaction.

And i saw it .
Her lips curved into a small smile  for  brief two seconds.

It was enough to give hope that maybe she havent drifted away completely.

> THE NEXT DAY <

I woke up and look at Ava sleeping on the couch.
I went to her and kneeled down and kissed her ankles and went to the gym.

After i returned from the gym , i saw my outfit was kept on bed.

The outfit was all black , making me frown .

I went down to see what my ava was wearing.

I saw her in the mandir praying to god wearing pink anarakali.
I smiled and run back to our room  and searched for something similar.

I came downstairs to see my brother flirting with my wife.

Ishaan: You are looking gorgeous , sweetcheeks ....Lets go on a date and i will get you your favourite red velvet cupcakes.

I cleared my throat and said" Check your cards , Ishaan....How will you get her cupcakes when your cards have been blocked ....AND CALL HER BHABHI...AFTERALL BIWI H VOH MERI "

Ishaan gulped and pouted and mumbled" jealous aadmi"

I heard a soft giggle and snapped my head to look at my Ava.
I smiled as it was first time in the last one month, she wasnt silent .

Ishaan: Bhabhi maa, iss jalkude insaan ko bolo naa mere cards unblock kre..

I look at Saanvi and she gulped and said" Ishu , its okay... you can tell me whatever you want ...i will get it for you ....aapke bhai aapko pta h kisiki nhi sunte "

I look into her eyes and said to ishaan " Ishaan , if you are able to convince your bhabhimaa to convince me , then i might think of unblocking your cards "

Ishaan look at me and then at my Ava.
He run towards her and picked her up and twirled and said " Bhabhi maa, meri pyaari bhabhi...please bhaiii se baat krke ...mere cards unblock krvado...meri pyaariii bhabhimmaaa"

And then i heard the laugh i was dying to listen to.

Saanvi laughed wholeheartedly.
I smiled and cleared my throat 

Ishaan carefully placed her down .

She look at me and then ishaan who made puppy eyes.

Saanvi shook her head and ishaan made a crying scene with puppy eyes..making her sigh.

She then look at me and walked up to me and whispered" An- Ekansh, please Ishaan ke cards unblock krdijiye....If you want to punish him, you can give his part of punishment to me ..but dont block his cards "

I frowned and said " you are my queen , ava....demand like a queen"

She frowned and said " Please unblock his cards, ekansh...he is just a kid"

I smiled and unblock his cards .

He was about to come to ava to twirled her again when i pulled her towards me by her waist .
She gasped.

Aadhya (screamed): Bhaiii is in pink !!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????
Saanvi then pulled away and looked at my outfit and her oufit.

She blushed.

Ishaan: What the helll....bhabhi aapne bhai pr konsa jaadu kr diya ?

Saanvi : main- maine kuch nhi kiya
 Ekansh : you both dramaqueens, I know my wife loves to wear matching outfits....thats why i am wearing pink to match with my vita.

We all then had our breakfast.

Ekansh : My baby and her kids, be ready at 3pm ...i will be comeback from office and then we will have fun.

Saanvi smiled and run to our room.

I entered to see all three of them fighting who will sit in the passenger seat.

Well not three.... only Ishaan and Aadhya were fighting and Saanvi was trying to stop them from fighting.

Ekansh: Meri biwi hi meri passenger princess h

They all turned and look at me .
Ekansh : Ab chale ?

They all nodded and rushed to my car.

I sat at the driver's seat .

I look at Saanvi who was looking at the passenger seat confusedly and then at Ishaan and Aadhya who were sitting at the back .

I walked out and  jogged over to her side and opened the door and signalled her to sit inside .

She look at me and then the seat .
Ekansh : Betho, ava

She nodded and sat inside ..fiddling with her dupatta.
I connected my phone to  the car's speaker , making the three of them look at me .

Ishaan: Bhai aap kab se gaane sunane lage?
Aadhya : Ishaan bhai , hum toh bahana h ...asal me bhai toh bhabhi ke saath date pr aana jaata the
Saanvi look at me pouting .
I gave her my phone and said " Play your favourites ..."
She look at me confusedly.
I leaned towards her and whispered " Vita , i said play your favourite songs.....please speak  something ,ava"

She gulped and whispered" ekansh , aap yeh sab kyu- kyu kr rhe h?"
Ekansh : tumhari khamoshi seh nhi kr paa rha ....Ek baat bataugi ?

She looks at me and nodded .
Ekansh : tumhe tod kr bhie mere dil ko sukoon kyu nhi mil rha ?
She looked away .
After 10 minutes, we reached the mall.
We were entering the mall when i saw Saanvi helding Ishaan back by his wrist and pointing at a car.
I walked up to them and eavesdrop their conversation.
Saanvi : Ishu ,voh gaadi konsi h ?
Ishaan : Maserati MC20 , bhabhimaa ... its luxury Italian supercar with a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine producing 630 hp, doing 0–100 km/h in 2.9s, and reaching 325+ km/h top speed.
Saanvi giggles and said " Shaant , mere carpaglu"

Ishaan laughs .
Saanvi : Kitni ki h yeh?
Ishaan : 5 cr....aapko pasand h toh apne pati ko boldo...vese deewane ban gye aapke 
Saanvi nodded and said " but bohot mehengi ...voh kese lekr denge ?"

Ishaan laughs and said " bhabhii... apke pati itna kamate h ki agar unhone yeh gaadi le bhie toh unke bank account me kuch bhie farak nhi padega "
Saanvi frowns and nodded.
I cleared my throat and they both jumped and turned to look at me.
Saanvi look at me and then at the car.
Ekansh : kuch kahena h?
Saanvi : aap kitna kamate ho ?
I smiled and said " Itna ki jis pr meri biwi haath rakhde ....voh uski hojaye"

She smiled widely and said " sachii , ansh ?"
The way  she said with so much innocence and childlikely ....I saw my ava in her ....In that moment , i was ready to do whatever she wanted ....I was happy that i was finally able to break her shell.
I nodded .
She ran towards the car and the touched the car and tried to sit on the bonnet by jumping.
The owner of the car came and pushed her and yelled"Tum kon ho ?....janti yeh ghaadi kitni h...tumhari aukaat bhie nhi isko dekhne ki..."

I ran towards her and hugged her to my chest , and she sobbed and said " Ansh , i didnt do anything...aapne hi toh kaha ki thi jo jis main chuu dungi ..voh meri hojayegi "
Owner of car : Arey hukum sa ..aap?
Ekansh : Tumhari himmat kese hui ..meri biwi ko thak dene ki ....Aur uski aukaat ki baat kr rhe ho tum?....Voh iss jaipur ki rani sa...voh chahe toh tumhe jaipur se nikal skti 

The man shivered and said " maaf krdijiye...hume nhi pta ki yeh ladki aapke saath "

I look at saanvi who was still sobbing hardly.
I ignored the man and called my men and said " Get him to basement"
And took saanvi inside the mall .
I caress her hairs and kissed her forehead .

She stopped crying and look at me .
Ekansh : Aapko kahi lagi , baby?
She shook her head and mumbled " He was soo meany.... He pushed me very harshly ,ansh"

I nodded and said " i know ,vita.. dont worry .."

Ekansh : Tumhe voh gaadi chahiye ?

Saanvi nodded and said " hanji....pr voh 5 crore ki h...aur mujhe yellow colour me chahiye "

I frowned and asked " why yellow?"
Saanvi giggled and sai " offoo ansh...its my favourite colour naa"

I nodded and then we went for shopping as she was finally calmed down.

I went to get some drinks for everyone.
I got cold coffee for ishaan ,matcha for Aadhya and iced lemon tea for saanvi .

I noticed saanvi pouting at her drink .
Ekansh : Kya hua ? aachi nhi h?

She shook her head and said " i dont drink this ...i prefer strawberry milkshake "

I nodded and said " okay....i will get you that."

I look at ishaan and said " You all go to food court , i will join you there"

They all nodded.

After 5 minutes ,
I returned with her strawberry milkshake .
Soon , our order ~ saanvi's masala dosa with sambhar , Aadhya's favourite pizzaa, Ishaan's favourite pav bhaji and a subway sandwich for me .

Saanvi took the first bite and began to cough badly.
I quickly forwarded the milkshake to her , making her face turn red and coughing got worse.

Ishaan snatched the milkshake and took a sip and said " Bhai , it has milk....bhabhi is allegic to milk."

Aadhya took the dosa and unwrapped it and noticed peanuts and said " It have peanuts ...bhabhi is allergic to them as well"

Ishaan : Lets get her to hospital

I froze because 
When i tested her , there werent any allergic reactions and now she is sick because of the things ....those allergies which my ava had.

I felt someone shaking me.
I came out of my trance and picked her up and run towards our car and asked Ishaan to drive to nearest hospital.

I caress her cheeks and said " please...just be with me , vita" when i saw her losing consciousnesss.

After 30 minutes,
We reached the hospital.
The doctors took her to a room .
I sat down on a bench and every moment i spend with her replayed in my mind and i was left with only one thought ~
Is She My Ava ?
