AUTHOR'S NOTE
Hey Sunshines!!!!!
Ik I have been on a break on all my platforms.
The reason for this break was the lack of motivation as there are many readers who weren't engaging and I was upset since I saw a part of my book being copied and that author had more engagement than me. It's heartbreaking to see how the original work is not getting enough recognition as the the copied version.
Now, I am coming back stronger and now will be regular in updates.

Chhupi hai dard ki ek gehri lakeer,
Har hansii ke peeche meri taqleef hai.
Nafrat ke is rang ke neeche bhi,
Ek chhupi mohabbat ka raaz hai.
SAANVI'S POV
The mornings felt more burdensome than that night.
Even though Ansh's words still stung, their effect was reduced this time. His words were like unseen injuries, creating a heavy sensation in my chest.
I settled near the window to observe the garden below, feeling the delicate caress of the curtain on my arm. Despite the intense feelings within me, a sense of tranquility permeated the environment.
The door emitted a faint creak as it swung open.
Ishaan stepped inside, followed by Aadhya, who entered as though she had found a secret haven.
Ishaan ( dramactically whisper): Bhabhimaa, we have a surprise for you , sweetcheeks
Aadhya ( giggles ):We're here to spend time with you, and you can't escape it.
A slight smile spread across my face. "You both are crazy. Agar Ansh ko pta chala -"
" To kya , sweetcheeks?" Ishaan questioned, puffing out his chest. "Bhabhimaa, agar hum aapko aese upar akele rhene denge toh hume bechani si hoti h .....aur vese bhie hum aapse kabhie bhie dur nhi reh skte....Jab tak hum h ,tab tk aap kabhie akele nhi hoge "
As I attempted to object, they dove onto the bed, sandwiching me between them like persistent shadows.
Then it happened —
Following several days of quiet, a laugh escaped my lips. Soft. Subtle. Real.
"Tum dono...bilkul baachhe ho"
"Bacche toh hain hi," Aadhya teased, resting her head on my shoulder. "Aur aap humaari maa jaisi.
I pulled them close, my arms wrapping around them.
I felt a sense of comfort come over me, easing the solitude that had been overwhelming . And the quietness seemed like a secure space, rather than a feeling of being trapped.
Time slipped away in their chatter. Their jokes, their little fights—it was like a balm I didn't know I needed.
Until the door slammed open.
The sound cracked the room apart.
Ansh
Blazer still on, shirt sleeves rolled up, tie loose around his neck. He looked every bit the CEO who owned the world, and yet his gaze steady, unreadable... was fixed only on me.
Ishaan straightened instantly but tried to lighten the moment. "Bhai... Bhabhimaa ko niche aane do naa..... hum sab milkr unka pura khyaal rakhege.... Bhabhi ke bina toh ghar suna suna h .....unke hone se yeh ghar ghar banta h "Ansh glanced at him, appearing composed and even courteous, yet his gaze held a steely edge. "Ishaan, I told you my vita requires rest. "
His tone carried a significant weight, though not raised, and it was impactful.
Aadhya tugged on Ishaan's arm "Let's go, bhai ... Let Bhabhi to rest now."
And then they left .
A sudden silence dominated the atmosphere, making its impact strongly felt.
Ansh straightened his tie, his gaze unwavering. " Tumhe meri baat nhi maana pasand h na"
My throat tightened "I ... I didnt do anything wrong.....Voh toh ..bus sirf dono -"
He stepped closer, each movement deliberate, heavy with authority.
"Galat nahi kiya?" He laughed humorlessly and dryly..."Shayad tumhe lagta hai, aise muskurate hue, jaise tumhari zindagi perfect hai. Par mujhe yeh bilkul pasand nahi . Tumhari khushi... mujhse dekhi nahi jaati ."
His words hit harder than any anger could.
His hand closed around my wrist — firm, unrelenting. His gaze drilled into mine, sharp and cold.
"Mujhe tumse sirf aansu pasanf h... Sirf shikayatein .... Aur tumhari khushi?"His lips twisted into a mocking smile. "Lagta hai woh tum kabhi deserve hi nahi karti .... "
Tears welled up in my eyes, blurring my sight. I tried to talk, but no sound came out.His embrace tightened as he spoke in a steady, yet forceful voice."Saanvi, I despise you completely. Aur tum sirf meri ho....samjhi tum?"
His words were like sharp knives, cutting deep wounds.
He let go of me as quickly as I had initially moved away. His touch remained for a while before he pulled back. He looked directly into my eyes for a tense second before leaving me alone after shattering me again.
I fell onto the bed, still holding my wrist, which throbbed from his grip. Tears ran steadily down my cheeks. He revealed his animosity toward me, wanting me to believe it was justified.
Yet, the real reason was hidden beneath his harsh words. He grew angry when he noticed I was happy when he wasn't around. The grim truth of his possessiveness ~ fear of losing any part of me sparked a faint glimmer of hope that I can clung to.
