I was in my room reading a book ~HIS VITA .

I heard a knock on my window.

I took my gun from my sidetable and went towards the window.

Someone again knocked and my phone rang.

I picked up the call as it was Karthik.

Karthik: sweetheart, open the window 

Aisha: Aap main door se kyun nhi aa rhe ? Aese window se aakr mujhe daara kyu rhe h

Karthik: Angel, do u want to become vidhwa just after 2 days of marriage?. Just apni window open kro vrna main niche girkr maar jaunga

Aisha: Aap mere liye cheesecake laaye ho?

Karthik: Main yaha   aadha latka hua hu and u asking if i got u cheesecake ... sweetheart, please open your window and let me in then i will show u heavens...

I sighed and pouted and opened the window.

He entered and  pulled me in a kiss.

This kiss is  soft but sure -brief, but full of quiet affection. It's not dramatic, just deeply familiar—a reaffirmation of love in the simple joy of being near her again.  

I smiled as he proved  again that i am the air he breathes 

After being breathless, he left my lips and joined our forehead and whispered " I miss you , sweetheart....I hate this ritual ..it make me stay away from my angel"

I chuckled and said" i miss u too , mio prezioso"

I hugged him.

He hug me back and caress my hair along the length.

I snuggled closer to him as i missed his warmth.

He carried me to the bed and laid down with me laying on him.

He pecked my forehead and said" What were  u doing with the gun?"

I look at my pyjamas where the gun was tucked in.

I giggled and said" I thought it was someone from my rivalry ..soo i took the gun to shoot the person but then u called and i kept the gun back."

He shook his head and said" Biwi  , if i wouldnt have called you then thats mean u would have shot me?"

I look at him and said" Nhi , aapko kese maar sakte hum ,jaan..Aapne toh jeena sikhaya aur agar aap hi hume chhod gye toh hum jiyege kese "

He smiled .

I heard a knock on my door.

I pulled away and went to open the door.

Aisha: Hey dad

Karthik came from behind and hugged me from behind and said " Hello sasurjii"

Dad: What is he doing here?

Karthik : Apni biwi ke saath nhi hoga toh main kaha hoga , sasurjii?

Dad: Yeh meri beti ka kamra h, tum guest room me jaao

He said while glaring at karthik.

Karthik: Yeh meri biwi ka kamra h , sasurjii

He said while putting a special emphasis on sasurjii

I giggled and said" Enough  dad and karthik... ab toh band kro yeh yaar.... shaadi se pehle bhie yehi ladte the aur shaadi ke baad bhie."

Dad: Beta , isko samjhao

Karthik : sweetheart , inko samjhao

I sighed and called mumma and said" mumma , in dono ka firse shuru hogya"

She laughed .

Karthik: sasurji, aap jaiye apne kamre me aaram kre.. aur mujhe bohot jaruri kaam krna 

Dad: konsa kaam?

Karthik: aapko nana banane ka 

I blushed .

Mumma laughed at dad's horrified reaction and took dad to their room saying" kya aap bhie baachhoo ke saath baachhe ban jaate ho"

Karthik carried me back to bed while closing the door with his leg.

Karthik: Lets get to work darling.

And , the next moment , our clothes were resting on the floor.

We slept after doing some cardio .

> The Next Day <

I woke up in my Karthik's arms.

I went to the bathroom to freshen up.

When i returned, Karthik was already awake .

Aisha: Karthik, go and freshen up then we have to leave after breakfast..we have our reception in the evening.

He nodded and came to me and peck my forehead and went to the bathroom.

When he came back, we both went to have breakfast and left for ROY mansion.

I was still tired from yesternight , so i slept on our way.

I woke up and it was 2pm.

I look around and frown as i didnt see Karthik.

I wrapped myself in the blanket and went to his study room.

I saw him doing work ..i went and sat on his lap and snuggled to him.

He wrapped his one arm around me and ask " still sleepy, baachhaa?"

I nodded and snuggled to him.

I slept for one more hour.

I woke up and i was still sitting on karthik's lap.

Karthik: sweetheart, go and get ready for reception. I have already asked radhika to take your dress out.

I smiled and said " I love you, baby"

He smiled and said" I love you, angel"

I made my way to our room and wore the dress and was now doing my makeup when karthik entered with a bowl of fruits.

He forward a spoon of fruits to me and signalled me to eat.

I ate and he said" Madam , aap bhul sakti apni care krna , hum nhi "

I smiled and i continued to  do my work while he fed me.

Soon , i was ready  And karthik also entered wearing his tux.

I smiled and sang "Khuda jaane ke main fida hu" and turned to him and hug him by neck and asked "How do you still manage to look this good and drive me crazy every day, jaan?...How did i got so lucky to have such a handsome husband like you ...maine toh somvaar wale vrat bhie nhi rakhe the"

He smiled and said" Angel, do u want us to skip this reception ?"

I blushed and said" nhi , patidev ..agar hum hi apni reception me nhi hoge toh aachaa nhi lagega" and kissed his cheeks and pullled away.

He mumbled " such a tease"

I giggled and then we made our way to the palace where reception is held.

We both entered the hall .All eyes were on us , yet our  eyes found no one else but each other.

We were on the stage with our hand holding onto eachothers with a smile .

Guests came and congratulated us.

After an hour or two of sitting  on  the stage .

Our friends came and dragged us to the dance floor.

Soon , "Perfect" played and karthik pulled me in a corner and we swayed to the music ~ lost in our own world .

  Every step, every smile, every glance whispered one thing: this is the beginning of always .
